All harmonies and resources used by The Big Noise Chorus are owned by The Big Noise Chorus Ltd. All members agree that any use of these resources, techniques and ideas will not be used, amended, or copied at any other event. If found to be used, legal action will ensue against the individual.
The Big Noise Chorus will prevent the admission of any member who is deemed to be in contravention of the membership guidelines.
Membership fees for The Big Noise Chorus are payable at the start of each term (10 weeks per term). The membership fees may vary and members will be notifies before any change.
Refunds of membership fees due to member cancellation will be given at the sole discretion of The Big Noise Chorus Ltd.
During rehearsals, performances and workshops photographs and film footage may be taken of all the members and used for advertising and marketing purposes in relation to The Big Noise Chorus Ltd.

The Big Noise Chorus Ltd is not responsible for any damage to person or personal belongings whilst attending rehearsals and performances. Members of The Big Noise Chorus are responsible for their own property and wellfare whilst attending all rehearsals and performances. 

It is the aim of The Big Noise Chorus to create a safe and healthy environment for all its staff and members. In order to do this, we expect acceptable standards of behaviour from all our members. Members should arrive on time for rehearsals and conduct themselves in a co-operative manner with other members and staff. The Big Noise Chorus Ltd aims to create an equal opportunity environment and any behaviour that does not respect this will result in the cancellation of membership.

Some membership personal and private information is held by The Big Noise Chorus Ltd. Under no circumstances will this information be shared with any external bodies or organisations unless previously agreed to by each member.
