Two more successful concerts this winter with packed audiences and lots of money raised for Devon Air Ambulance and Dream-A-Way. Now we just have to work out how we can raise the bar for our spring concerts!!

Autumn rehearsals are about to start and at the Big Noise office we have being doing our maths! We have added up the figures from our SUmmer concerts and can confirm that we have now raised in excess of £16,000 for charity! How amazing is that? A huge thank you to everyone of our members who worked so hard to make these concerts a success. We look forward to seeing you in September.

We've reached the end of our huge programme of summer concerts and what a fantastic season this one has been. Our hugh Summer Concert at the Riviera Centre in Torquay was an amazing night with an incredible vibe. With lots of money raised for Amnesty International this was definitely a successful and exciting evening.

If you've been following the recent ITV documentary about the choir that rocks, then this would be a perfect night out to see Devon's very own kicking 200+ choir! Put aside all your preconceptions about choirs and join us for a great night in aid of a great cause. Led by Colin Rea, the Big Noise Chorus sets out to knock the pants off the traditional idea of a choir and drag it kicking and screaming into the 21st century!
With tracks from the Beatles to Adele, Paloma Faith, Jesse J and The Weather Girls - all live and accompanied by a 4 piece pop band, a string group and pop/rock dancers, this really is going to be a night to remember!
Concert starts at 7.30pm on Sat 23rd July. Tickets £9.50. Bar available. Call 01803 206333 for tickets. All proceeds to Amnesty International.

What a fantastic series of concerts we had for the winter this year. Culminating in our huge Exe-travaganza at the Exeter Northcott Theatre all our events were a massive success with tickets selling out and lots of money raised for charity.
We also saw the debut performance by both the Big Noise String Orchestra and the Big Noise Rock Band at our Exeter concert which made for a spectacular evening. A repeat appearance is definitely on the cards for our April concert so watch this space for more details...

Our Summer Concert at The Mint Methodist Church in Exeter was a fantastic evening. The sound from the choir was awesome and all the proceeds from this concert went to The National Autistic Society.

The Torbay Big Noise Chorus performed at Agatha Christie's mansion on 17th July. Luckily the weather was great and the Twilight Picnic in the grounds was a great success. Thanks to Tim at www.uniquephotos.co.uk for coming along to and taking some great photos for us.
£1167.81 was raised for Save the Children so a massive congratulations to all who took part!

The Big Noise Chorus performed at The Respect Festival in Exeter. With a 180 strong choir it was a fantastic event. Big stage, big sound, big respect and big noise!

The Big Noise Chorus Spring Concert at the Mint Methodist Church in Exeter was an outstanding success.
Over £800 was raised for the Alzheimer's Society - Singing for the Brain in Exeter.

Once again the Torbay Big Noise Chorus performed a fantastic set at an unusual underground concert! Kent's Cavern is a prehistoric cave system on the Devon coast which was host to a Valentine's Day event with a difference. The mood was set with candle lit passages and caverns that were filled with the sweet harmonies created by the choir.
